CBN helps hospitality companies fill their permanent technology positions by identifying highly qualified candidates. These candidates are cultivated from a pool of resources developed over a number of years from an extensive network of both gaming and non-gaming hospitality companies.

CBN's hospitality experience helps us to better understand the unique requirements of technology positions in hotels. This allows CBN to match the best candidates to specific positions saving you time and money. All resources participate in various screening interviews in order to ensure candidates are pre-qualified and appropriate for the specific position. Fees for these services are based on a percentage of the candidate's annual salary after certain conditions are met.Technology Staff Augmentation

For some projects, additional staff with specific expertise is often required on a temporary basis. CBN can provide these resources in a convenient manner, simplifying billing, licensing and insurance requirements. CBN has access to technology specialists along with resources with gaming and hospitality experience, to help successfully complete projects on-time.
