Headquartered in Plantation, FL, Caribbean Broadband Networks Inc. trading as CBN SOLUTIONS is a regional  Information, Communications, Entertainment (ICE) and security company that is principally engaged in the research, design, implementation,  integration and sustainment of advanced technology systems, products and services.

CBN Solutions is led by Dwight R. Greer, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer.

CUSTOMER BASE: As a lead systems integrator and information technology company, the majority of CBN’s business is within the Hospitality industry and the small to medium sized enterprise markets. In fact, CBN is one of the largest provider of IT services, systems integration, and training to the Hospitality market. The remaining portion of CBN's business is comprised of service providers, regional governments and municipalities and some commercial sales of our products, services and platforms.

ORGANIZATION: CBN's operating units are organized into broad business areas.

• Low Voltage Solutions, with approximately two thirds of 2007 sales, includes voice & data cabling, fire and burglar alarms, and access control and residential and commercial automation and audio video integration
• Broadband Solutions, includes IPTV, commercial satellites, High speed internet access, and strategic Wireless lines of business.
• Systems & IT Group will leverage our existing and emerging capabilities to address customers' growing needs for highly integrated systems and solutions. This includes converged voice and data, LAN/WAN systems, platform integration, CCTV, recruiting services, energy conservation programs, government and commercial IT sales, and VoIP services lines of business.
